This group is dedicated to those caring for parents, spouses, or any loved one. We provide coping and stress management tips as well as an opportunity for connection, support, and education.

This is a free community service hosted by Potomac Place on the fourth Thursday of every month from 4-5 pm. Our Circle is open to all who are caring for their loved one, whether they are living at home or community.
