DESCRIPTION:This group is dedicated to those caring for parents\, spouses\, or any loved one. We provide coping and stress management tips as well as an opportunity for connection\, support\, and education. \nThis is a free community service hosted by Potomac Place on the fourth Thursday of every month from 4-5 pm.
